Welcome to Dance on Reece - dance classes for adults all about confidence, community, and a whole lot of fun.
Whether you're a seasoned dancer or stepping onto the dance floor for the very first time, our classes are designed to be sassy, sweaty, and seriously empowering.
We’re proud to be an inclusive, judgment-free space where mistakes are celebrated and shaking what you’ve got is always encouraged. Expect welcoming vibes, infectious energy, weekly bangers, a little bit of booty shaking, and a whole lot of laughs.
No dance experience? No problem. Our drop-in style classes feature a brand new routine each week - no term commitments required. We also offer courses for those who want to dive deeper and build their skills over time.

IZZY &RACH
Directors & Wanaka Teachers
We are Izzy and Rach - the gals behind the vision and your ultimate hype crew.
Growing up dancing together (yes, literally since we were 7), we've always had a passion and drive for dance. It's what fuels our souls and makes us happy!
During the day, Izzy is a full-time hair stylist, and Rach works in travel. In our spare time, we're normally creating choreography, planning our next big dance vision, or sending each other countless voice notes. Outside the studio, you'll find Rach in the mountains on some epic hike, and Izzy in the garden with her favourite book.
Wanaka is our home, and we absolutely love everything it has to offer. Back in 2023, we created our studio space to fuel to our desire to keep dancing as adults. And thankfully, a lot of you also enjoy it!
Our mission? To light that fire in you. To get you moving in ways you never thought you would, build your confidence, and carry that energy into your everyday life. And also (most importantly), to give you a space each week to be a little wild, a little silly, and completely, unapologetically yourself.
So far, we think we've done a pretty cool job. And we are really proud of our little dance studio and community. 💖
